Our designs are protected and have been registered with the Malta Industrial property registration Directorate in accordance with the Patent and Designs Act. Our original designs are protected against unlawful replications by EU and Maltese Law.

Material used in our products include, brass wire, stainless steel wire, stainless steel components, aluminium chain and fabric. It is highly important to avoid any perfumes or spray with any jewellery pieces. We do not recommend you swim or shower with any of our pieces to avoid damaging the material used. We highly recommend you store your pieces in a safe and dry place. Storing your jewellery in separate compartments in your drawers or boxes may be ideal to safeguard quality. Items above €40 usually receive a black organza bag which is suitable for storing your jewellery pieces in it. Gifts are also provided with a white Yanasjewellery gift bag. Should you wish to ask for a couple more of these bags, you can purchase them by sending us an email on info@yanasjewellery.com.
If you suffer from skin allergies kindly contact us before purchasing and one of our representatives will be there to help you. The stainless steel used in our jewellery is grade 304, and may contain 8% of nickel.
In no way shall we be held responsible for any skin allergies or injuries caused by suffocation by any of our products purchased.
Items as seen on our shop photos may appear to have slight differences caused by light exposure. Some stones may appear lighter or darker as seen in photos. Since most of our pieces are one-offs, any pieces which can be remade may have slight differences. In some cases these differences may include, slight shape & colour alterations. Even though you may notice slight variations, the end result will be very similar to the one seen on our product page.
Since all our pieces are handmade you need to allow us a certain time for us to process your orders. In this case we normally start processing custom orders within 3-5 workings days depending on our schedule and time of year.
Items which are ready to be sent out by post are normally sent between 1-3 working days.
We recommend that you email us if your order is needed urgently.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless seen to have been sent damaged from our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
