Cost & Estimated Delivery

Further Shipping Information for Malta & Gozo:

1. When your order is out on delivery, you will receive an email to track your order. The courier company will contact you on arrival.
   
   
2. Any urgent gifts that would need to be delivered on the day need to be ordered at least 4 business days before your ideal delivery date.
   
   
3. It is important to specify the date you need your gift if needed urgently.
   
   
4. The driver usually calls before attempting delivery, if you are scheduled for delivery on a day & you are not home, you would then need to collect your order from our shop. Our delivery service is one-time.
   
   
5. Payments should be done before delivery.
   & no pieces should be returned via courier. If you would like to return an item, please visit any of our shops.
   
   
6. Gozo orders are managed via our courier service.
   
   
7.  You will be notified via email once the order is ready for delivery or collection.
   
   
8. Orders can also be picked up from either Msida, Paola & Sliema outlets. Please allow 3-5 business days for a pick-up to be processed.
   
   
9. Items from our online shop which are not ready yet (e.g when specific sizes are chosen) will take between 5-7 business days to produce.
   
   
10.  We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to any postal service, however, if in any situation this would happen we would be more than happy to help you out.
